Translating to “little something in the middle,” tramezzini are an Italian tradition. Keeping with tradition, we bake house-made focaccia, cut them into triangles & load them with tasty fillings. If that sounds a lot like a sandwich, well… it is. Tramezzini are always served on triangular, crustless soft bread with classic ham and cheese, or egg or vegetables in between. It’s the cultural concept of snacking between main meals that’s the twist. Often multiple, different tramezzino are consumed to tide one over at virtually any time of day, typically at a bar with a drink.
